Are all your products authentic?
Yes — 100% authentic, guaranteed. Every trading card and collectible is verified at our Inglewood, California facility before listing. If we ever ship you an item that is not authentic, you receive a full refund and we cover all shipping.

Matrix TCG operates from 335 W. Arbor Vitae St., Suite 6, Inglewood, CA 90301, USA.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — every order ships free. No minimum, no membership, no fine print. Shipping Cost: $0.00.
How long does shipping take?
Handling: 3 business days. Transit: 3–8 business days. Total: 6–11 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Currently US-only, including all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Use the Track Your Order page.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us immediately at support@matrixtcg.shop or +1 (424) 227-2983. We file the carrier claim and send a replacement or refund.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items in original condition. Full refund. We pay return shipping.
Do you charge return shipping?
No. Return Shipping Fee: $0.00. We email you a prepaid label.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. Restocking Fee: $0.00. Your refund is 100% of what you paid.
How long do refunds take?
3–5 business days for credit/debit cards.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover (via Shopify Payments). All payments are PCI DSS Level 1 secured.
When am I charged?
Immediately when you place your order. For pre-orders, you're charged at pre-order placement.

Reserve upcoming releases, charged in full at pre-order time, ship within 3 business days of arrival.
