When Is Payment Charged

Payment is processed immediately when you place your order. For pre-orders, payment is charged in full at the time of pre-order placement.

You receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment processes successfully.

Billing Address

Your billing address must match what your card issuer has on file. Mismatches can trigger fraud holds.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days

Tax Collection

California Sales Tax: Collected on orders shipping to California addresses, as required by state law.
