This is Matrix TCG's complete refund and return policy. We want returns to be straightforward, so this page covers every aspect of the process clearly.

Return Eligibility
You may return any item purchased from Matrix TCG within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is in its original condition
- Raw cards: in original packaging (toploader/sleeve)
- Sealed product: factory sealed with no signs of opening
- Graded cards: slab intact, undamaged, unbroken
- You have your order number or order confirmation email
Exceptions
Damaged or incorrect items: If we shipped you a damaged or wrong item, the 30-day window still applies, and we cover all costs.
Opened sealed product: Opened booster boxes or packs cannot be returned. The value is fundamentally changed once sealed product is opened.
Cracked graded slabs: A graded slab that has been cracked open after delivery cannot be returned.
How to Return

- Include your order number from your confirmation email
- Tell us the reason for the return
- Include photos if returning a damaged or incorrect item
- Wait for return authorization — we respond within 24 hours
After authorization, Matrix TCG emails you a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label, attach it to a sturdy package containing the item, and drop it off at the carrier indicated.
Return Shipping
Matrix TCG pays for return shipping. We provide a prepaid label via email. You don't pay anything to send a return back to us, regardless of the reason.
Restocking Fees
Matrix TCG does not charge restocking fees. Your refund is 100% of your purchase price.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our facility:
- Inspection — We verify the item matches what was sent
- Refund initiated — Processed through our payment system
- Confirmation email — Sent when the refund is issued
- Funds arrive — Timing depends on your payment method
Refund Timing
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days
- Shopify Payments: 3–5 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email support@matrixtcg.shop within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos
- For damaged items: photograph the package exterior, packaging materials, and damaged item
- Tell us whether you prefer a replacement or refund
- We respond within 24 hours and arrange the resolution
You don't pay anything in these scenarios. Shipping, replacement, and refunds are all covered by Matrix TCG.
Authenticity Concerns
If you ever believe an item received from Matrix TCG is not authentic, contact support@matrixtcg.shop immediately. We treat authenticity issues as a priority:
- We arrange return shipping at our cost immediately
- The item is examined through our authentication process
- If authenticity is in question, you receive a full refund immediately
- We investigate how the item entered our inventory
